Your training data, prepared for better analysis.

Kantelyse structures your Intervals.icu training history, recovery data and planning into a validated analysis package that you can share with the AI assistant of your choice.

Kantelyse logo

Built for useful training questions.

Kantelyse combines the data an AI needs to understand what happened, how you responded, and what context is available around your training.

Structured training data

Activities, intervals, power, heart rate, recovery signals, planning and historical trends are organized into a consistent package.

Validated before export

Kantelyse checks what data is actually available and tells the analysis what is complete, missing or uncertain instead of silently guessing.

AI

AI-provider neutral

Kantelyse does not provide its own AI analysis. You decide if and where you share the generated package.

How it works

A short path from Intervals.icu to a much richer training conversation.

1. ConnectAuthorize read-only access to the Intervals.icu data needed for your analysis.
2. ChooseSelect an analysis profile such as Standard, Latest Ride, Training Planning or Long Term.
3. Add contextOptionally describe what you want to know in your own words.
4. ShareKantelyse creates the package locally. You choose whether to share it with an AI assistant.
Kantelyse is currently in private beta. OAuth connectivity and public distribution may change as the app develops.

Privacy by design.

Your training history can be deeply personal. Kantelyse is designed around read-only access, local package creation and user-controlled sharing.

R

Read-only access

Kantelyse requests access to read relevant Intervals.icu data. It is not designed to edit or delete your training history.

Local-first processing

Training data is processed into the analysis package on your device. Kantelyse does not automatically send that package to an AI provider.

You decide what leaves

Sharing is an explicit user action. When you share with another service, that service's own privacy terms apply.

Kantelyse is being prepared for a small private beta.

This website provides public product and privacy information while OAuth integration is being finalized.
